ShiFang Holding recognises the importance and value of achieving high standards 

of corporate governance practices. The Board believes that good corporate 

governance is an essential element in maintaining and promoting shareholder value 

and investor confidence.

 

The company has adopted the code provisions on Corporate Governance Practices 

as set out in Appendix 14 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The 

Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited as its own code of corporate governance since 

the date of the listing of the shares of the company on the Main Board of the 

Stock Exchange on 3 December, 2010. The Board considers the company has complied

 with the code provisions as set out in the code provisions on Corporate Governance

 Practices.
